护士执业资格考试改革实施4年来，通过分析过去2011年、2012和2013年考点、重难点和题型，深挖护生备考过程中的问题，就护生培训和复习中的迷思提出试行的解决方案。希望通过转变教学观念、改革教学内容，加强实习期间教学过程管理和临床思维锻炼提高护理教育的质量，让护生具备执业所必需的护理专业知识与工作能力。

호사집업자격고시개혁실시4년래，통과분석과거2011년、2012화2013년고점、중난점화제형，심알호생비고과정중적문제，취호생배훈화복습중적미사제출시행적해결방안。희망통과전변교학관념、개혁교학내용，가강실습기간교학과정관리화림상사유단련제고호리교육적질량，양호생구비집업소필수적호리전업지식여공작능력。
The reform of the Chinese Licensure Examination has been implemented for nursesˊqualification four years. Through the analy—sis of the Chinese Licensure Examination contents for Registered Nursesˊqualification in the past 2011,2012,2013,we found a lot of problems to the students taKing exams in the process of preparing for the exam. Therefore,we try to propose solutions for the nursing students in the hope that through changing the teaching concept and content and strengthening the teaching management and clinical thinKing training,the nursing education quality can be improved and nursing students can have necessary nursing professional Knowledge and worKing ability.
