从《现代教育技术》课程实践教学内容现有问题出发，立足《中小学教师教育技术能力标准（试行）》和《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准（试行）》，重构了实践教学的目标与内容，提出了“信息技术能力为基础、教学设计能力为核心、终身学习能力为扩展”的三维能力培养体系和相应的内容模块设计。
종《현대교육기술》과정실천교학내용현유문제출발，립족《중소학교사교육기술능력표준（시행）》화《중소학교사신식기술응용능력표준（시행）》，중구료실천교학적목표여내용，제출료“신식기술능력위기출、교학설계능력위핵심、종신학습능력위확전”적삼유능력배양체계화상응적내용모괴설계。
Starting from the problems of practical teaching content of the Modern Education Technology course today,based on"Educa—tional Technology Competency Standards on Primary and Secondary School Teachers( Trial)" and" ICT Competency Standards for Pri—mary and Secondary Teachers( Trial)",this paper reconstructed the objectives and content of the practical teaching content system, and proposed a three—dimensional ability training system of"IT—based,the teaching design as a core,lifelong learning for the exten—sion" and corresponding modular design.
