Requirements for the performance appraisal of human resources with the reliability and validity of the technology assessment methods can be used in hospital, including KPI, TOPSIS, RSR. From the focus on performance appraisal implementation mode and KPI, TOPSIS, RSR of the three methods of operation is performed on the application of human resource performance assessment system of hospital to provide theoretical reference.
