目的：通过对长海县2007—2013年居民户盐碘含量情况监测，为适碘地区科学补碘提供数据支持。方法根据卫生部《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》，每年在全部5个乡镇分别抽取4个村，每个村随机抽取15户居民家中食盐进行碘含量检测。结果2007—2013年，全县各年度的居民合格碘盐食用率均达到98%以上。结论长海县作为适碘地区仍然坚持全县范围普及碘盐，今后应在密切监测碘营养基础上合理、科学的实行居民补碘措施。作为适碘地区，长海县应该适当放开非碘盐供应。
목적：통과대장해현2007—2013년거민호염전함량정황감측，위괄전지구과학보전제공수거지지。방법근거위생부《전국전결핍병감측방안》，매년재전부5개향진분별추취4개촌，매개촌수궤추취15호거민가중식염진행전함량검측。결과2007—2013년，전현각년도적거민합격전염식용솔균체도98%이상。결론장해현작위괄전지구잉연견지전현범위보급전염，금후응재밀절감측전영양기출상합리、과학적실행거민보전조시。작위괄전지구，장해현응해괄당방개비전염공응。
Objective To obtain scientific date for control of Iodine Deficiency Disorders by monitor the iodized salt in Changhai during 2007 to 2013.Methods According to the iodized salt monitoring requirements in”National Iodine Deficiency Disorders Monitoring Program”of Ministry of Heath,five townships in Changhai were selected,and four villages were selected in each townships,and fifteen households salt were collected in each villages. Full quantitatively determined was used in detection of iodine.Results The qualified iodized salt consumption rate were more than 98% for each year.Conclusion As a iodine-adequate country,iodized salts were popularized in the country. We can supply non-iodized salt to the peoples in Changhai.pay on the base of scientific monitoring of the people’s iodine nutrition.
