目的：为更好地了解寿光市公共场所卫生监督工作现状，阐明提高卫生监督及公共场所卫生质量的对策。方法对公共场所卫生监督现状；公共场所监管对象及卫生监督范围；公共场所卫生监督工作现状；卫生监督机构设置及内部管理等进行了调查。结果找出如政府经费投入有限，卫生监督技术含量低；卫生监督人员准入管理制度不健全；卫生监督体制不畅；公共场所从业人员守法意识淡薄，制约卫生质量提高等问题。结论政府财政部门应加大对基层卫生监督工作的财力投入；重视和加强各卫生监督中队的规范化建设；加强公共场所从业人员的卫生法律、法规及业务知识培训，从而使他们懂得依法经营，为消费者提供卫生合格的服务，使得疾病的预防和控制落到实处，维护广大消费者的利益。

Objective to better understand shouguang public health supervision work present situation, clarify countermeasures to improve the quality of health supervision and public health.Methods for public places health supervision status; Public regulation object and scope of health supervision; Public health supervision work status; Health supervision institutions and the internal management and so on were investigated.Results such as government spending is limited, health supervision technology content is low; Health supervision personnel management system is not sound; Poor health supervision system; Public workers, law-abiding consciousness, quality improve health.Conclusion the government financial departments should increase financial input to the grassroots health supervision work; Attaches great importance to the construction and strengthen health supervision squadron of standardization; Practitioners to strengthen public health laws, regulations and business knowledge training, so that they know the business in accordance with the law, to provide qualified service for the consumer, the disease prevention and control implement, safeguarding the interests of consumers.
