目的:探讨CDK8(cyclin-dependent kinase 8)、KAI1蛋白在宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤变中表达对患者预后的影响分析,为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法,检测CDK8、KAI1蛋白在20例正常宫颈组织、110例CIN( cervical intraepithelial neoplasia)组织、36例宫颈癌组织中的表达,比较不同组织中CDK8、KAI1表达的差异;检测36例宫颈癌组织中CDK8、KAI1蛋白的表达情况,分析CDK8、KAI1与宫颈癌临床特征的相关性,统计相关资料随访患者复发及预后情况。结果随着病情发展,CDK8在正常组织、CIN低度病变组织、CIN高度病变组织、宫颈癌组织中的表达呈显著递增的趋势( P<0.05),CDK8在宫颈癌组织的表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关,36例宫颈癌患者随访后,临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期死亡率分别为13.33%、20.08%、37.50%,淋巴结转移死亡率(46.67%)显著大于淋巴结无转移(19.05%),且差异有显著性(P<0.05),随着病情的加重,CDK8表达增强,死亡率增大,CDK8的表达与患者的生存率和预后有直接关系;KAI1蛋白在正常宫颈组织、CIN Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组织、宫颈癌组织的阳性表达率分别为100%、68.00%、53.00%、40.00%、16.67%;KAI1在宫颈癌组织中的表达均与年龄、组织分型、临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05),表明KAI1尚未发现与宫颈癌预后相关。结论 CDK8表达与患者的生存率和预后有直接关系,可作为宫颈癌预后的一项指标,而KAI1蛋白的表达尚未发现与宫颈癌预后相关,需后续研究确认。

목적:탐토CDK8(cyclin-dependent kinase 8)、KAI1단백재궁경암급궁경상피내류변중표체대환자예후적영향분석,위림상진단치료제공삼고。방법채용면역조직화학염색법,검측CDK8、KAI1단백재20례정상궁경조직、110례CIN( cervical intraepithelial neoplasia)조직、36례궁경암조직중적표체,비교불동조직중CDK8、KAI1표체적차이;검측36례궁경암조직중CDK8、KAI1단백적표체정황,분석CDK8、KAI1여궁경암림상특정적상관성,통계상관자료수방환자복발급예후정황。결과수착병정발전,CDK8재정상조직、CIN저도병변조직、CIN고도병변조직、궁경암조직중적표체정현저체증적추세( P<0.05),CDK8재궁경암조직적표체여림파결전이정정상관,36례궁경암환자수방후,림상Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ기사망솔분별위13.33%、20.08%、37.50%,림파결전이사망솔(46.67%)현저대우림파결무전이(19.05%),차차이유현저성(P<0.05),수착병정적가중,CDK8표체증강,사망솔증대,CDK8적표체여환자적생존솔화예후유직접관계;KAI1단백재정상궁경조직、CIN Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ조직、궁경암조직적양성표체솔분별위100%、68.00%、53.00%、40.00%、16.67%;KAI1재궁경암조직중적표체균여년령、조직분형、림상분기、분화정도、림파결전이무관(P>0.05),표명KAI1상미발현여궁경암예후상관。결론 CDK8표체여환자적생존솔화예후유직접관계,가작위궁경암예후적일항지표,이KAI1단백적표체상미발현여궁경암예후상관,수후속연구학인。
Objective To investigate the CDK8,KAI1 protein expression on the prognosis of patients with cancer and the analysis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect CDK8,KAI1 proteins in 20 cases of normal cervical tissue,110 cases of CIN tissues,36 cases of cervical tissue,comparing dif-ferent tissues CDK8,differences KAI1 expression;detected 36 cases of cervical carcinoma CDK8,KAI1 protein expression analysis of CDK8,KAI1 correlation with clinical features of cervical cancer,statistical information and follow-up of patients with relapse prognosis. Results CDK8 in normal tissue,CIN lesions low,CIN lesions height,cervical cancer tissues was significantly increasing trend ( P<0.05);CDK8 expression in cervical tissue was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis;36 cases After follow-up of patients with cervical cancer,clinicalⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲmortality was 13.33%,20.08%,37.50%,lymph node metastasis,the mortality rate (46.67%) was significantly greater than lymph node metastasis (19.05%),and there is a significant difference (P<0.05);as the disease worsens, CDK8 expression increased,mortality increased survival and prognosis CDK8 expression has a direct relationship with the patient;KAI1 protein in normal cervical tissue,CINⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲorganization,cervical The positive expression rate of cancer tissue were 100%,68.00%, 53.00%,40.00%,16.67%;KAI1 expression in cancer tissues were associated with age,histological type,clinical stage,tumor differentia-tion,lymph node metastasis (P>0.05).Conclusion CDK8 expression and survival and prognosis of patients has a direct relationship can be used as an indicator of cancer prognosis,and KAI1 protein expression has not been found and cervical cancer prognosis.
