利用废弃混凝土加工成的再生骨料制作承重型再生混凝土保温砌块。研究了再生混凝土保温砌块的抗压强度和热工性能。研究结果表明:对于再生混凝土保温砌块,以75%再生骨料取代率,选取合适配合比,其强度等级是可以达到MU7.5的要求;壁厚、肋厚和空气间层厚度对砌块平均热阻具有显著影响。

This paper engaged in the bearing recycled concrete insulation blocks derived from waste concrete. The compressive strength and thermal performance of recycled concrete insulation block were studied. The results show that if the selection of mixed proportion is proper,the compressive strength of recycled concrete insulation block can reach to MU7.5,with 75%replacement of the recycled aggregate by mass. The effect of wall thickness, rib thickness and air layer thickness on the block average thermal resis-tance was very significant.
