目的:探讨 Oct4和 Sox2在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及二者之间的相关性。方法应用免疫组化 SP法和流式细胞术检测98例食管鳞癌标本及43例正常食管黏膜组织中 Oct4和 Sox2的表达情况,分析其与各临床病理特征的关系及二者之间的相关性。结果食管鳞癌组织 Oct4和 Sox2的 阳 性 表 达 率 均 高 于 正 常 组 织(P <0.05);流式细胞术结果显示,癌组织中 Oct4和 Sox2的蛋白相对含量也明显高于正常组织(P <0.05)。随着分化程度的降低,Oct4和 Sox2的表达明显升高,即二者与食管癌组织的分化程度呈负相关(P <0.05),且 Oct4和 Sox2的表达与 TNM 分期、有无外膜浸润明显相关(P <0.05),而与患者年龄、性别无关。食管鳞癌组织中 Oct4和 Sox2表达呈正相关(r=0.295,P =0.003)。结论Oct4和 Sox2在食管鳞癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,有望成为食管癌生物治疗的新靶点。

Objective To study the expression of Oct4 and Sox2 proteins and their correlations in e-sophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC).Methods Immunohistochemistry staining SP and folw cy-tometry (FCM)were used to detect the expression of Oct4 and Sox2 in 98 cases of ESCC and 43 normal mucous memebranes.Subsequently the relationship between postoperative pathological features was ana-lyzed with the expression of Oct4 and Sox2.Results The expressions of Oct4 and Sox2 in ESCC were ob-viously higher than that in normal esophageal (P <0.05).For the protein relative level detected by FCM, there was a significant deference between the ESCC and normal esophageal of the protein content of Oct4 and Sox2 (P <0.05).With the loss of differentiation degree,the expressions of Oct4 and Sox2 obviously rose in ESCC. The correlation is negative between Oct4 and Sox2 with the differentiation degree (P <0.05).The expressions of Oct4 and Sox2 were positively correlated to TNM stage and invasion of ad-ventitia (P <0.05).Oct4 expression in ESCC was positively correlated with that of Sox2 (r = 0.295, P =0.003).Conclusion Oct4 and Sox2 play crucial roles in occurrence and progression and are useful for the target therapy of ESCC.
