为证实中草药超微粉制剂对畜禽菌痢病的疗效研究项目组研制的复方中兽药对腹泻仔猪增重和治疗效果特进行此试验,选择54头断奶患腹泻仔猪,按随机区组设计分为中兽药超微粉试验组、中兽药细粉对照组和止痢散对照组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头。中兽药超微粉试验组在基础饲粮中添加中兽药超微粉0.5 g/kg,中兽药细粉对照组在基础饲粮中添加中兽药细粉1 g/kg,止痢散对照组在基础饲粮中添加止痢散1.2 g/kg,试验期30 d。结果表明,中兽药超微粉试验组的平均日增重423 g,比两个对照组的368和349 g分别多增重55和74 g,差异均显著(P<0.05);中兽药超微粉试验组仔猪死淘率为4.35%,明显低于两个对照组的8.82%和9.67%,差异均显著(P<0.05);仔猪腹泻持续时间,中兽药超微粉试验组分别比止痢散对照组、中兽药细粉对照组缩短0.13 d(P<0.05)、0.34 d(P<0.01);腹泻频率,中兽药超微粉试验组分别比中兽药细粉对照组、止痢散对照组降低5.65、3.45个百分点,差异均显著(P<0.05);中兽药超微粉试验组的腹泻指数比中兽药细粉对照组和止痢散对照组分别降低0.89、0.75,差异均显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,中兽药超微粉对仔猪生长发育具有明显促进作用,对仔猪腹泻病具有良好的治疗和预防作用。
