为提高面向半导体多等级订单环境下的批加工设备作业调度水平,应用蚁群算法对问题进行建模和求解。模型以总拖期成本最优为调度目标,将改进蚁群算法应用到批加工设备作业调度的工件组合和批次排序过程中。仿真实验表明,所提出的算法调度效果优于启发式调度规则,且在紧急订单比例增加的情况下表现更佳。
為提高麵嚮半導體多等級訂單環境下的批加工設備作業調度水平,應用蟻群算法對問題進行建模和求解。模型以總拖期成本最優為調度目標,將改進蟻群算法應用到批加工設備作業調度的工件組閤和批次排序過程中。倣真實驗錶明,所提齣的算法調度效果優于啟髮式調度規則,且在緊急訂單比例增加的情況下錶現更佳。

The colony algorithm was employed to improve performance of the scheduling jobs on batch processing machines in the semiconductor fabrication with multi-priority orders.To minimize total tardiness penalty, the improved ant colony algorithms was used to perform batches forming and batches sorting respectively, which were the two sub -problems of batch machines'scheduling.The simulation results show that the scheduling performance by the proposed algorithms is better than the heuristic rules;and the more percentage of emergency orders, the better it is.
