目的：评价中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌（ H．pylori）阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎（ CAG）的临床疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库（ CNKI）、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库中发表的中西医结合治疗H．pylori阳性CAG的临床随机对照试验，按照RCT质量评价的修改后Jadad量表评价标准对纳入文献进行质量评价，使用Rev－man5．2统计软件进行Meta分析统计学处理。结果共纳入15个研究，包括1360例患者。Meta分析结果显示：与对照组相比，中西医结合治疗H．pylori阳性CAG在临床总有效率、胃镜病理检查改善情况、临床症状缓解率、H．pylori转阴率等方面均显示出较好的疗效。结论中西医结合治疗H．pylori阳性CAG有较好疗效，但还需高质量的随机对照试验进一步验证支持。

목적：평개중서의결합치료유문라간균（ H．pylori）양성만성위축성위염（ CAG）적림상료효화안전성。방법계산궤검색중국기간전문수거고（ CNKI）、만방수거고、유보중문과기기간전문수거고중발표적중서의결합치료H．pylori양성CAG적림상수궤대조시험，안조RCT질량평개적수개후Jadad량표평개표준대납입문헌진행질량평개，사용Rev－man5．2통계연건진행Meta분석통계학처리。결과공납입15개연구，포괄1360례환자。Meta분석결과현시：여대조조상비，중서의결합치료H．pylori양성CAG재림상총유효솔、위경병리검사개선정황、림상증상완해솔、H．pylori전음솔등방면균현시출교호적료효。결론중서의결합치료H．pylori양성CAG유교호료효，단환수고질량적수궤대조시험진일보험증지지。
Objective It is to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination of Chinese and western medi -cine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with H.pylori infection ( +).Methods Relevant randomized con-trolled trials ( RCTs) on combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of CAG with H.pylori ( +) were searched by computer in CNKI WanFang Data and WeiPu Data.All reviewed literatures selected were assessed via Jadad qual-ity scale.Data statistical analyses were performed by RevMan 5.2 software.Results A total of 15 trials involving 1 360 pa-tients were included.Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group, combination of Chinese and western medi-cine had better curative effects on CAG with H.pylori (+) in clinical total effective rate, improvements of gastroscope patho-logical symptoms, relieving rate of clinical symptoms, and negative conversion of H.pylori infection.Conclusion Combination of Chinese and western medicine may be effective and safe in treating CAG with H.pylori ( +) , but more RCTs with high quality are needed to prove this view point.
