目的:探讨质粒microRNA(miR)-129转染肾癌细胞SN12-PM6对SN12-PM6肾癌细胞侵袭、迁移、同质黏附及增殖能力的影响。方法以未转染miR-129的肾癌细胞SN12-PM6作为对照组,以转染miR-129的肾癌细胞 SN12-PM6作为实验组;Transwell法检测细胞的侵袭及迁移能力,倒置显微镜下观察两组细胞同质黏附能力,BrdU法检测细胞的增殖能力。结果实验组细胞迁移数及穿膜细胞数均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);两组细胞增殖数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组实验后60 min及90 min的细胞黏附数均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 miR-129能抑制肾癌肿瘤细胞的侵袭、迁移及同质黏附能力,但对肾癌细胞增殖能力无明显的影响。

목적:탐토질립microRNA(miR)-129전염신암세포SN12-PM6대SN12-PM6신암세포침습、천이、동질점부급증식능력적영향。방법이미전염miR-129적신암세포SN12-PM6작위대조조,이전염miR-129적신암세포 SN12-PM6작위실험조;Transwell법검측세포적침습급천이능력,도치현미경하관찰량조세포동질점부능력,BrdU법검측세포적증식능력。결과실험조세포천이수급천막세포수균명현소우대조조(P<0.05);량조세포증식수량비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);실험조실험후60 min급90 min적세포점부수균명현소우대조조(P<0.05)。결론 miR-129능억제신암종류세포적침습、천이급동질점부능력,단대신암세포증식능력무명현적영향。
Objective To explore the effect of microRNA(miR)-129 on invasion,migration,homogeneity adhesion and proliferation abilities of renal carcinoma SN12-PM6 cells transfected by miR-129.Methods Renal carcinoma SN12-PM6 cells which weren′t transfected by miR-129 were enrolled in the control group ,while those were transfected by miR-129 were enrolled in the experimental group .The cell invasion and migration abilities were detected by Transwell ,the homogeneity adhesion ability was observed by inverted microscope ,and the proliferation ability was detected by BrdU .Results The migration cells and membrane-penetrating cells in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of proliferative cells between two groups(P>0.05).The adherent cells in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group 60,90 minutes after experiment(P<0.05).Conclusion miR-129 can inhibit the invasion,migration and homogeneous adhesion abilities of renal carcinoma cells,but has no significant effects on the cell proliferation .
