目的:探讨微弧氧化技术用于超细晶纯钛表面处理的可行性。方法:通过微弧氧化方法在超细晶纯钛和普通纯钛(对照组)表面制备氧化涂层,然后测定各组材料表面氧化涂层的组成、厚度、粗糙度,并分析其表面形貌和涂层的结合强度。结果:通过微弧氧化在超细晶纯钛和普通纯钛表面形成的氧化涂层主要由 O、Ti、P、Si、C 组成,两组的各元素比例均无明显差异(P >0.05),两组涂层的表面形貌均为疏松多孔结构,超细晶纯钛组的涂层厚度为(7.833±0.771)μm,普通纯钛组(4.775±0.558)μm(P <0.05);超细晶纯钛实验组和普通纯钛对照组粗糙度值分别为(1.391±0.143)μm 和(1.346±0.091)μm(P >0.05),涂层的结合强度分别为(23.900±1.267)N 和(23.867±1.134)N(P >0.05)。结论:超细晶纯钛经微弧氧化处理后可在其表面形成疏松而多孔的氧化涂层;涂层表面的元素组成未发生改变,结合强度能满足临床中种植体使用的要求。

Abstract] AIM:To study the properties of titania coatings on the ultrafine-grained (UFG)titanium (Ti) prepared by micro-arc oxidation (MAO).METHODS:Titania coatings were made on the surface of UFG Ti and commcial titanium(C Ti)by MAO.The composition,surface morphology and thickness of titania coating on UFG Ti and(C Ti)were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.Roughness of titania coating and bonding strength between Ti and coating were investigated by three-dimension morphology scanner and an Automatic Scratch Tester.RESULTS:The elements of the coating formed on UFG Ti and C Ti were O,Ti,P,Si and C(between the two groups,P >0.05). Surface morphology of coating on both groups was porous.The thickness of the MAO coating on UFG Ti and C Ti was (7.833 ±0.771)μm and (4.775 ±0.558)μm respectively (P <0.05),the surface roughness of titania coatings was (1.391 ±0.143)μm and (1.346 ±0.091)μm respectively((P >0.05),bonding strength between titania coating and UFG Ti or CP Ti was (23.900 ±1.267)N and (23.86 ±1.134)N respectively (P >0.05).CONCLUSION:The properties of titania coatings formed by MAO treatment on the UFG Ti are good enough in composition,surface mor-phology,thickness,roughness and bonding strength to meet the requirements for dental implant.
