建立了测定米线中甲醛次硫酸氢钠(甲醛次硫酸氢钠)的离子色谱方法。样品采用0.03 mol/L的NaOH溶液提取,离子色谱分离,KOH淋洗液洗脱,电导检测器测定。结果表明:方法的线性范围为2.0~50.0μg/mL,检出限为0.007μg/mL,测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于2.72%(n=6),加标回收率为91.4%~110.7%。该方法前处理简单、样品稳定性好、准确度高,具有较高的实用价值。

An ion chromatography method was developed to determine sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde in rice noodles.The sample was extracted with sodium hydroxide solution of 0.03 mol/L and separated by ion chromatograph, then determined by electrical conductivity detector after being eluted with aqueous potassium hydroxide. The results showed that thelinearity range of this method was 2.0–50.0 mg/L, and the limit of detection was 0.007 mg/L. The relative standard deviation of determination results was not more than 2.72%(n=6). The recovery was 91.4%–110.7%. This method is of simple pretreatment, better sample stability,higher accuracy and better practical uses.
