建立了环状有机多胺类化合物1,3,5-三(3-二甲基氨丙基)六氢三嗪(PC41)的离子色谱测定法。研究表明,采用Ionpac CS12A阳离子交换柱,抑制电导模式,以25 mmol/L硫酸溶液为淋洗液,可对1,3,5-三(3-二甲基氨丙基)六氢三嗪进行定量测定。多胺类化合物在抑制电导下为非线性响应,故采用二次抛物线方法定量,线性范围为0~17.84 mg/L,线性方程为y=–0.0018x2+0.2313x+0.0115,相关系数为0.9998,测量结果的相对标准偏差小于1%(n=5),3水平加标回收率为99.3%~100.2%。该方法操作简单,测定结果准确可靠,可用于测定合成聚亚胺酯原料1,3,5-三(3-二甲基氨丙基)六氢三嗪的含量。

Ion Chromatography method was set up to determine cyclic organic polyamine compounds 1,3,5-tris [3-(dimethylamino)proply]hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine (PC41). The concentration analysis proved to be viable on IonPac CS12A column when using 25 mmol/L sulfuric acid as eluent and deploying conductivity detector. Since polyamine exhibited nonlinear responses under suppressed conductivity detecting method, the quantify calibration curves were cubic parabola. In the range of 0–17.84 mg/L, the final equation wasy=–0.001 8x2+0.231 3x+0.011 5, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8,RSDs were less than 1%(n=5), and the recoveries at 3 level standard addition were 99.3%–100.2%. The method is simple to operate with the accurate results, and it may be used to determine the content of 1,3,5-tris [3-(dimethylamino)proply]hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine in material for synthesis of polyurethane.
