为了解国内、外两类猪种肌肉生长发育及血清中相关细胞因子含量差异，以我国特有的藏猪和国外杜洛克猪作为研究对象，测定6月龄藏猪、杜洛克猪背最长肌肌纤维面积（CSA），并采用酶联免疫分析法（ELISA）测定血清中生长激素（GH）、生长激素释放激素（GHRH）的含量。结果显示，杜洛克猪CSA极显著大于藏猪（P<0.01），其血清中GH、GHRH含量显著高于藏猪（P<0.05），说明GH、GHRH对猪背最长肌生长发育有促进作用。
위료해국내、외량류저충기육생장발육급혈청중상관세포인자함량차이，이아국특유적장저화국외두락극저작위연구대상，측정6월령장저、두락극저배최장기기섬유면적（CSA），병채용매련면역분석법（ELISA）측정혈청중생장격소（GH）、생장격소석방격소（GHRH）적함량。결과현시，두락극저CSA겁현저대우장저（P<0.01），기혈청중GH、GHRH함량현저고우장저（P<0.05），설명GH、GHRH대저배최장기생장발육유촉진작용。
In this article, Tibet and Duroc pigs were selected to investigating the differences of growing devel-opment of muscle and content of correlated cell factors in plasma of domestic and foreign pigs. The cross sec-tional area of muscle fiber (CSA) of Tibet and Duroc pigs of 6 month were surveyed,also the content of growth hormone (GH) and growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) in plasma were menstruated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that the CSA of Duroc pigs was significantly bigger than that of Tibet pigs(P<0.01), while the content of GH and GHRH in plasma both were significantly higher than Tibet pigs (P<0.05). These indicated that GH and GHRH can promote growing development of porcine longissimus dorsi.
