为了消除大规模分布式能源并网对配电网继电保护造成的不良影响和解决微电网中关键设备的即插即用问题,提出基于IEC 61850的微电网自适应保护系统。详细阐述微电网自适应保护算法,并利用IEC 61850标准提供的逻辑节点和数据集对微电网中的关键设备进行单元设备建模。通过微电网自适应保护系统的实例及其在OPNET软件中建立的数据通信网络传输平台模型,对微电网中心保护单元平均负载和微电网网络延时进行仿真,验证基于IEC 61850的微电网自适应保护系统通信网络的可行性。

In order to solve the plug-and-play problem of key equipment of micro-grid and remove the adverse effects of large-scale distributed energy connecting to the grid upon relay protection of distribution network, design of micro-grid adaptive protection system based on IEC 61850 is proposed. The micro-grid adaptive protection algorithm is described, and unit equipment modeling for key equipment of micro-grid is made by using the logical node and data sets provided by the IEC 61850 standard. Through examples of micro-grid adaptive protection system and the data communication network transmission platform model in the OPNET software built by the examples, the average load on the center protection unit of micro-grid and network delay of micro-grid are simulated, and the feasibility of the communication network of micro-grid adaptive protection system based on IEC 61850 is verified.
