目的:观察全脑血管造影术( DSA)后患者血、尿中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白( NGAL)的变化,探讨其与血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白的变化关系。方法对行DSA的患者分别于术前及术后6 h、24 h、48 h采集血液、尿液样本,分别进行NGAL、血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白检测。结果患者术后6 h的血、尿NGAL均明显高于其他时间点( P<0.01);术后48 h 血肌酐明显高于其他时间点(P <0.05);术后48 h 尿微量白蛋白明显高于其他时间点(P <0.05)。血 NGAL 与尿NGAL有密切相关性(P<0.01);血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白与血、尿NGAL均有相关性(P<0.05)。结论测定血液及尿液中NGAL的变化可早期发现DSA后患者肾功能的异常。

목적:관찰전뇌혈관조영술( DSA)후환자혈、뇨중성립세포명효매상관지질운재단백( NGAL)적변화,탐토기여혈기항、뇨미량백단백적변화관계。방법대행DSA적환자분별우술전급술후6 h、24 h、48 h채집혈액、뇨액양본,분별진행NGAL、혈기항、뇨미량백단백검측。결과환자술후6 h적혈、뇨NGAL균명현고우기타시간점( P<0.01);술후48 h 혈기항명현고우기타시간점(P <0.05);술후48 h 뇨미량백단백명현고우기타시간점(P <0.05)。혈 NGAL 여뇨NGAL유밀절상관성(P<0.01);혈기항、뇨미량백단백여혈、뇨NGAL균유상관성(P<0.05)。결론측정혈액급뇨액중NGAL적변화가조기발현DSA후환자신공능적이상。
Objective To observe the changes in neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin ( NGAL) in blood and urine of patients who have undergone cerebral digital subtraction angiography ( DSA) ,and to investigate their relationship with the changes in serum creatinine and urinary microalbumin.Methods The blood and urine samples were collected from patients who underwent DSA before and 6,24,48 hours after operation to detect the levels of NGAL ,serum creatinine and urinary microalbumin ,respectively.Results The levels of NGAL in blood and urine 6 hours after operation were significantly higher than those at other time points ( P<0.01) .The level of serum creatinine 48 hours after operation was significantly higher than those at other time points ,as well as the level of urinary microalbumin (P<0.05).The level of NGAL in blood significantly correlated with the level of NGAL in urine ( P<0.01).The levels of serum creatinine and urinary microalbumin correlated with the levels of NGAL in blood and urine (P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of changes in NGAL in blood and urine might contribute to confirming abnormal renal function in patients who have undergone DSA early .
