为实现基于机械制造工艺对称性的计算机辅助工艺设计,在总结工艺对称性应用领域的基础上,提出了以零件制造特征为载体,将所有对称性工艺方法、工艺过程、工艺资源和约束条件都封装在零件制造特征中的对称性工艺数据库结构模型和数据结构。借鉴基于实例推理的技术和成组技术,通过对制造特征进行分类处理,并对模型中各个组元添加对称性工艺数据,形成由各类、各种制造特征组成的对称性工艺数据库。在对称性工艺数据库的支持下,通过待加工零件与对称性工艺数据库进行匹配,获得待加工零件具体制造特征的对称性工艺数据,并在工艺知识库、工艺规则库和典型工艺模板的驱动下,实现零件机械制造工艺路线的自动化生成。

On the basis of a summary of application field of process symmetry, the structural model and data structure of symmetry technology database, which has encapsulated all of symmetry technology methods, technology process, technology resources and constraint condition carried by part manufacturing feature, is presented to achieve computer-aided process planning based on mechanical manufacturing technology symmetry. Drawn lessons from CBR and GT, the symmetry technology database constituted by all sorts of manufacturing feature through classifying manufacturing feature and appending symmetry technology data to every component of the structural model of symmetry technology database is formed. Under the support of the symmetry technology database and with part matching symmetry process database, the symmetry process data of the part manufacturing feature is obtained and automatic generation of process route of part mechanical manufacturing is realized driven by technology knowledge base, technology rule base and typical process templet.
