The all-around speciation, we thought, should give such information as the inside, space and time state of studied substance. The inside state includes the kind, amount, valence state, atomic structure of elements, the interaction and space structure between elements. The space state means the distributing of studied object on different layer, different tiny section in same layer, interaction and space between object and other substance. The time state indicates the variation of inside and space state during times. So all-around speciation could be divided into the states of valence, chemical combination, binding, space structure, and all kinds of physical dispersive state, according to the demands by different subject, research aim and object. These classificatory of speciation, we thought, could be enough to identify the different environmental effect, bioavailability, bioaccumulation, transformation and transport among species of studied substance. Biomimetic gastrointestinal digestion and absorption system could be used for speciation analysis and bioavailability assessment of trace elements in traditional Chinese medicine.
