目的:探讨五子承气汤对痛风性肾病( GN)大鼠肾功能的影响。方法将雄性SD大鼠60只按随机数字表法分为6组,即:正常对照组、模型组、五子承气汤高、中、低剂量组(104 g、52 g、26 g 生药/kg )、阳性对照组(苯溴马隆10 mg/kg),采用腺嘌呤和氧嗪酸钾盐制备GN大鼠模型。造模4周后,检测各组大鼠肾指数、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)。结果五子承气汤高、中、低剂量组均能显著降低GN大鼠的肾指数(P<0.05),呈高剂量组<中剂量组<低剂量组(P<0.01)。五子承气汤组中、高剂量组均能降低GN大鼠血Scr、BUN含量(P<0.05),高剂量组降低作用更明显(P<0.01)。结论五子承气汤有改善GN大鼠肾功能的作用。

목적:탐토오자승기탕대통풍성신병( GN)대서신공능적영향。방법장웅성SD대서60지안수궤수자표법분위6조,즉:정상대조조、모형조、오자승기탕고、중、저제량조(104 g、52 g、26 g 생약/kg )、양성대조조(분추마륭10 mg/kg),채용선표령화양진산갑염제비GN대서모형。조모4주후,검측각조대서신지수、혈기항(Scr)、뇨소담(BUN)。결과오자승기탕고、중、저제량조균능현저강저GN대서적신지수(P<0.05),정고제량조<중제량조<저제량조(P<0.01)。오자승기탕조중、고제량조균능강저GN대서혈Scr、BUN함량(P<0.05),고제량조강저작용경명현(P<0.01)。결론오자승기탕유개선GN대서신공능적작용。
Objective To explore the effects of Wuzichengqitang on renal function in gouty nephropathy ( GN) rats.Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups ,normal control group ,model group ,high-,middle-and low-dose Wuzichengqitang groups(crude drug,104 g,52 g,26 g/kg),and positive control group ( benzbromarone,10 mg/kg).The GN rat model was induced by adenine and potassium oxonate.Four weeks after modeling,the renal index,serum creatinine(Scr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) of rats were detected in each group.Results The renal index of GN rats decreased significantly in the high-,middle-and low-dose Wuzichengqitang groups(P<0.05),which was the lowest in the high-dose Wuzichengqitang group while the highest in the low-dose Wuzichengqitang group (P<0.01).The contents of Scr and BUN of GN rats decreased in the middle-and high-dose Wuzichengqitang groups (P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the high-dose Wuzichengqitang group ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusion Wuzichengqitang plays a role in the improvement of renal function in GN rats .
