为研究高校体育教师专业素质对教学效果的影响,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对闽南师大体育教师专业素质情况和教学效果进行研究,并通过因子分析探讨体育教师专业素质和教学效果之间关系。结果显示,闽南师范大学体育教师专业素质整体较好,但综合性知识和科研能力方面有欠缺,并影响到其教学效果。为此建议高校加强体育教师综合知识教育和提高,强化体育教师的科研训练;通过教学比武等活动提高体育教师使用体育器材设备及课堂监控能力;优化教师评价体系建设,同时引导大学生对教师进行客观评价,以保证教师教学工作得到客观公正的评价。

In order to find the influence of college sports teacher, professional quality to the teaching effect, the paper used the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, and mathematical average and so on, to statistic the sports teacher professional quality situation and teaching effect of Minnan Normal University, and discusses the relations of sports teacher professional quality and the teaching effect by factor analyzing. The result showed: The Minnan Normal university sports teacher quality is good, But the synthesis sexual knowledge and the scientific research ability is short, And affects the teaching effect. For this suggested the university strengthens synthesize to educative and enhance the knowledge for teacher, strengthening the scientific researching training; Through teaching martial arts contest to enhance the sports teacher to use the sports equipment and the classroom monitors ability; optimizes to appraise the system construction of teacher, simultaneously guides the university student to object evaluation teacher, Guaranteed the teacher teaching work obtains the objective fair appraisal.
