目的:比较3种新型镍钛根管预备系统对椭圆形根管成形能力的差异。方法:收集45个具有椭圆形单根管的下颌前牙,分别用自调节根管锉(Self-adjusting File,SAF)、ProTaper Universal 和 ProTaper Next 系统进行根管预备(n =15),在根管预备前后分别进行显微 CT 扫描,评价各组器械预备根管后牙本质面积增加量、去除牙本质体积量和未接触到的根管面积百分比。结果:SAF 未接触到的根管面积百分比较 Pro-Taper Next 和 ProTaper Universal 组低(P <0.05);而3组之间的牙本质面积增加量和去除牙本质量无统计学差异(P >0.05)。结论:SAF 预备椭圆形根管时去除牙本质均匀,对椭圆形根管成形能力的效果更佳。

목적:비교3충신형얼태근관예비계통대타원형근관성형능력적차이。방법:수집45개구유타원형단근관적하합전아,분별용자조절근관촤(Self-adjusting File,SAF)、ProTaper Universal 화 ProTaper Next 계통진행근관예비(n =15),재근관예비전후분별진행현미 CT 소묘,평개각조기계예비근관후아본질면적증가량、거제아본질체적량화미접촉도적근관면적백분비。결과:SAF 미접촉도적근관면적백분비교 Pro-Taper Next 화 ProTaper Universal 조저(P <0.05);이3조지간적아본질면적증가량화거제아본질량무통계학차이(P >0.05)。결론:SAF 예비타원형근관시거제아본질균균,대타원형근관성형능력적효과경가。
Abstract] AIM:To compare the shaping ability of three new nickel -titanium root canal instruments in pre-paring oval-shaped canals.METHODS:45 mandibular anterior teeth with single oval canal were collected and pre-pared with self adjusting file (SAF),ProTaper Universal and ProTaper Next system respectively(n =15).Micro-CT examination was performed before and after root canal preparation.The volume of untreated canal,volume of dentin re-moved after preparation,amount of uninstrumented area and the area of dentin increased after preparation were meas-ured.RESULTS:Amount of uninstrumented area was statistically less in Group SAF than that in Group ProTaper Uni-versal and ProTaper Next (P <0.05).There were no significant differences among the three groups concerning volume of untreated canal,volume of dentin removed,amount of uninstrumented area and area of dentin increased after prepa-ration (P >0.05).CONCLUSION:SAF has better oval-shaped canal preparation ability.
