设计了一种用于过滤、分离生活污水的污水分离机构，该机构主要由气囊机构、滤网和滤筒组成。气囊机构主要由弹簧机构和导向挤压机构组成。应用三维建模软件对该机构建立三维模型，采用有限元软件对重要负载部件弹簧机构进行了分析计算和优化设计，保证了污水分离机构工作性能和强度要求，为污水分离机构及圆柱螺旋拉伸弹簧的设计提供了一定的参考依据。
