1000 kV淮南-南京-上海特高压交流线路在房屋密集地区,采用V型绝缘子串以减小走廊,因风速较大使得V型绝缘子串的夹角很大,横担较长,为满足间隙要求,横担也起拱设计。采用 Y 型绝缘子串可充分利用层间距离及塔头间隙的裕度,缩减横担长度,降低杆塔重量。以本工程为例,从 Y 型绝缘子串的结构、绝缘长度、电场分布、间隙的冲击放电和电磁环境等设计方面进行介绍分析,总结经验,优化设计。

ABSTRACT:The 1 000 kV Huainan-Nanjing-Shanghai UHVAC transmission line uses the V-type suspension insulator string to reduce the cost of the building clearing in the dense areas. As the angle of V-type suspension insulator string is oversized due to the high wind speed, the arms of tower is longger and bended to satisfy the requirement of the clearance. Using Y-type suspension insulator string can take full advantage of the margin of the tower clearance, shorten the length of the arms, and finally reduce the weight of the towers. This project is taken as an example to analyse the insulation configuration, insulation distance, the distribution of electric field, electromagnetic environment, lightning protection and grounding, clearance to ground of the Y-type suspension insulator string, and sum up the experience to optimize the design.
