根据消声理论和经验公式,进行了双尾管消声器的设计和开发,利用GT-Power建立发动机模型和消声器模型,并进行了耦合计算。根据尾管噪声和压力损失计算结果,对消声器方案进行性能评价、对比和优化设计,经试验验证,该方案满足设计要求。
根據消聲理論和經驗公式,進行瞭雙尾管消聲器的設計和開髮,利用GT-Power建立髮動機模型和消聲器模型,併進行瞭耦閤計算。根據尾管譟聲和壓力損失計算結果,對消聲器方案進行性能評價、對比和優化設計,經試驗驗證,該方案滿足設計要求。
근거소성이론화경험공식,진행료쌍미관소성기적설계화개발,이용GT-Power건립발동궤모형화소성기모형,병진행료우합계산。근거미관조성화압력손실계산결과,대소성기방안진행성능평개、대비화우화설계,경시험험증,해방안만족설계요구。
Following the theoretic and empirical formula, a double tail pipe muffler was designed and developed.Models of engine and muffler were established with GT-Power, and then were coupled to calculate.Basing on the calculation result of tail pipe noise and pressure loss, performance of muffler schemes was evaluated, compared and optimized.The experiment result shows the schemes satisfy the design requirements.
