依据亚甲基蓝分光光度法,对水质控样中硫化物含量进行了测定。实验结果表明该方法具有良好的线性,相关系数大于0.9990,样品平均添加回收率为94.0%~100.3%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.097%(n=6)。质控样中硫化物测量结果为0.320 mg/L,扩展不确定度为0.021 mg/L(k=2)。该测定结果与参考值一致,说明实验室检测能力处于受控状态。

On the basis of methylene blue spectrophotometry, sulfide content in the water quality control samples was determined. Experimental results showed that the method had good linear relationship with correlation coefficient more than 0.999 0, the recovery was 94.0%–100.3%, and the relative standard deviation of determination results was 0.097%(n=6). The sulfide content in water quality control samples was 0.320 mg/L with the expanded uncertainty of 0.021 mg/L(k=2). The determination results was consistent with the reference value, this laboratory detection ability was under controlled.
