经过三十几年的改革开放，人民生活水平的不断提高，对酒店服务要求日趋个性化。酒店管理者也认识到个性化服务的重要性。它与成为酒店发展的一种趋势，同时也是检验酒店服务质量优差的一个重要指标。但是，随着个性化服务的发展，也出现了一系列的问题。本文就此对高星级酒店个性化服务存在的问题进行分析，提出了进一步提升个性化服务的建议。

Through the reform on opening -up of 30 years,people's living standard has improved continuously and hotel service requirements has become more and more individualized.Hotel managers are aware of the importance of personal service and it has become a tendency of hotel development,at the same time,it is an important index of hotel service quality.However,with the development of personal service,it has also appeared a series of problems.This paper analyses the existing problems of the high -stars Hotel personal service and proposes suggestion to further enhance the personal service .
