自党和国家提出“新丝路”经济带建设以来，加快区域经济发展已经成为了新时期的重要任务之一。从经济全球化和知识经济化的发展趋势来看，知识产权业已成为各国经济的重要竞争因素。民间传统文化作为各国文化体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分，其在客体、主体、价值取向甚至是经济价值上都具有现代知识产权保护的价值。在分析以上内容的基础上，分别在激活产业市场、立法、执法等层面上提出思考，以期为民间传统文化的知识产权保护提供参考。

Since the economic policy of "new silk road"being put forward by our country,the acceleration of regional econom-ic development has one of the most important tasks in the new period.From the perspective of economic globalization and knowledge economization,the field of intellectual property has become a more important factor in economy competition for most countries.Traditional folk culture,whose subject,object,value orientation even economic value have protection meaning in terms of modern intellectual property,is indeed an indispensable part of cultural system in most countries.On the basis of all a-bove,this paper comes up with opinions on industrial market,lawmaking,law enforcement respectively,for the purpose of pro-tecting intellectual property of traditional folk culture for reference.
