针对页岩气这种节能高效清洁能源开发难度较大的问题，引入一体化协同管理思想，在理论研究的基础上，以涪陵页岩气田为例构建了页岩气田一体化协同管理模式及协同功能模块，并根据涪陵页岩气开采的实际情况构建了勘探开发一体化协同流程。为进一步完善一体化协同管理模式，从组织结构优化、流程优化和构建智能平台等方面提出了相关的策略，为提高我国页岩气田的管理效率提供了理论和实际借鉴。

As new efficient and clean energy, shale gas field development is very difficult.How to improve the efficiency of mining is essential to achieve the strategic transformation of energy in China.The integration idea of collaborative management was introduced.Based on the theoretical research, integrative mode of collaborative management of shale gas field and corre-sponding synergistic function module were constructed in Fuling shale gas field.The integration process of exploration and devel-opment was also created according to the actual of Fuling shale gas mining.Furthermore, relevant strategies including optimizing organizational structure and process and constructing intelligent platform were put forward to improve the integrative mode of col-laborative management.It would provide a theoretical and practical reference for improving the management efficiency of the shale gas field in China.
