目的：探讨小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺辅助治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果。方法收集我院2010年4月至2013年5月收治的重症肺炎患儿80例资料，按患儿治疗方法分成两组，每组40例，对照组患儿进行抗感染、呼吸道顺畅等对症治疗，观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上应用小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺辅助治疗，比较两组患儿治疗2个疗程后的临床效果。结果治疗后，观察组患儿治疗总有效率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿心率、呼吸改善情况等与对照组患儿比较明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺辅助治疗重症肺炎患儿，临床效果明显，安全性高，利于患儿快速康复。
목적：탐토소제량다파알연합다파분정알보조치료소인중증폐염적림상효과。방법수집아원2010년4월지2013년5월수치적중증폐염환인80례자료，안환인치료방법분성량조，매조40례，대조조환인진행항감염、호흡도순창등대증치료，관찰조환인재대조조치료기출상응용소제량다파알연합다파분정알보조치료，비교량조환인치료2개료정후적림상효과。결과치료후，관찰조환인치료총유효솔우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조환인심솔、호흡개선정황등여대조조환인비교명현축단，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론소제량다파알연합다파분정알보조치료중증폐염환인，림상효과명현，안전성고，리우환인쾌속강복。
Objective To investigate the low-dose dopamine and dobutamine in the adjuvant treatment of children with severe pneumonia clinical results.Methods Children with severe pneumonia in children in our hospital from April 2010 to May 2013 were treated 80 cases of information for the study,divided into two groups according to their treatment,40 cases in each group,the control group of children with anti-infection,respiratory tract and other smooth symptomatic treatment,patients in the observation group in the control group by means of low-dose dopamine and dobutamine treatment on the basis of adjuvant therapy,comparing the two groups of children with clinical effect after two courses.Results After treatment,patients were observed total effective treatment than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);vital signs were observed in control group of children in children heart rate, respiration,etc.to improve the situation significantly shorter with the group,and the difference statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion With low-dose dopamine and dobutamine in the adjuvant treatment of children with severe pneumonia in children,the clinical effect is obvious,safe,beneficial to children with rapid recovery.
