目的：：探究中药治疗人工全髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2013年6月~2014年6月门诊及住院部50例人工全髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓患者的回顾性研究，按照治疗方法的不同将其分为实验组和对照组，对照组患者服用华法林治疗，实验组患者服用活络效灵丹治疗，观察两组患者治疗后凝血酶原时间变化情况、临床治疗效果及用药后的不良反应情况。结果：两组患者经治疗后，凝血酶原时间变化比较，实验组明显优于对照组，临床治疗总有效率比较，实验组明显高于对照组，p＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；两组患者用药后总不良反应率比较，实验组明显低于对照组，p＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论：采用中药治疗人工全髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓具有显著的临床治疗效果，且不良反应少、安全性高，可帮助患者尽早康复，是临床治疗深静脉血栓的首选方法。
목적：：탐구중약치료인공전관관절치환술후심정맥혈전적림상치료효과。방법：선취아원2013년6월~2014년6월문진급주원부50례인공전관관절치환술후심정맥혈전환자적회고성연구，안조치료방법적불동장기분위실험조화대조조，대조조환자복용화법림치료，실험조환자복용활락효령단치료，관찰량조환자치료후응혈매원시간변화정황、림상치료효과급용약후적불량반응정황。결과：량조환자경치료후，응혈매원시간변화비교，실험조명현우우대조조，림상치료총유효솔비교，실험조명현고우대조조，p＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의；량조환자용약후총불량반응솔비교，실험조명현저우대조조，p＜0.05,차이구유통계학의의。결론：채용중약치료인공전관관절치환술후심정맥혈전구유현저적림상치료효과，차불량반응소、안전성고，가방조환자진조강복，시림상치료심정맥혈전적수선방법。
Objective: to explore Chinese medicine treatment of deep vein thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty clinical therapeutic effect. Conclusion:the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty has significant clinical effect, and less adverse reaction, high safety, can help patients recover as soon as possible, is the preferred method in the clini-cal treatment of deep vein thrombosis.
