目的：探讨芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法收集我院2013年2月至2014年2月收治的慢性心力衰竭76例患者资料，将患者完全随机分为试验组和对照组，各38例，对照组患者给予常规治疗，试验组患者给予芪参益气滴丸治疗。比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后，试验组患者的左心室射血分数（LVEF）、左心室每博量（SV）及每分钟心输出量（CO）均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；试验组患者总有效率为94.7%，明显高于对照组的76.3%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭，可有效改善患者的心功能，且疗效确切。
목적：탐토기삼익기적환치료만성심력쇠갈적림상료효。방법수집아원2013년2월지2014년2월수치적만성심력쇠갈76례환자자료，장환자완전수궤분위시험조화대조조，각38례，대조조환자급여상규치료，시험조환자급여기삼익기적환치료。비교량조환자적료효。결과치료후，시험조환자적좌심실사혈분수（LVEF）、좌심실매박량（SV）급매분종심수출량（CO）균고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）；시험조환자총유효솔위94.7%，명현고우대조조적76.3%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론기삼익기적환치료만성심력쇠갈，가유효개선환자적심공능，차료효학절。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qishen Yiqi dropping pil in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods Information of chronic heart failure patients were colected in our hospital from 2013 February to 2014 February were 76 cases,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 38 cases in each group,and the reference given conventional treatment,the treatment group was given Qishen Yiqi Diwan treatment.Compare two groups of curative effect.Results After treatment,LVEF,SV and CO indexes in the treatment group were higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);the patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 94.7%,significantly higher than the reference group of 76.3%,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qishenyiqi dropping pils in treating chronic heart failure, which can effectively improve cardiac function in patients,and the exact effect.
