目的：探讨泮托拉唑注射液治疗糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的86例糜烂性胃炎患者分为对照组和观察组，各43例，对照组患者应用奥美拉唑注射液治疗，观察组患者应用泮托拉唑注射液治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.3%，明显高于对照组的76.7%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论泮托拉唑注射液治疗糜烂性胃炎临床疗效明显，且安全可靠。
목적：탐토반탁랍서주사액치료미란성위염적림상료효。방법장아원수치적86례미란성위염환자분위대조조화관찰조，각43례，대조조환자응용오미랍서주사액치료，관찰조환자응용반탁랍서주사액치료，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과관찰조환자총유효솔위95.3%，명현고우대조조적76.7%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론반탁랍서주사액치료미란성위염림상료효명현，차안전가고。
Objective To investigate the clinical eficacy of pantoprazole injection in the treatment of erosive gastritis. Methods 86 cases of erosive gastritis patients in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,each 43 cases,the control group were treated with omeprazole injection treatment,the observation group application of pantoprazole injection treatment,the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 95.3%,significantly higher than 76.7% in the control group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical efficacy of pantoprazole injection in the treatment of erosive gastritis significantly,safe and reliable.
