目的：探讨采用微创手术治疗腰间盘突出患者的临床效果。方法收集我院诊治的72例腰间盘突出患者资料，将患者分成两组，对照组进行保守治疗，观察组进行微创手术治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对腰间盘突出患者采用微创手术治疗，可取得明显疗效。
목적：탐토채용미창수술치료요간반돌출환자적림상효과。방법수집아원진치적72례요간반돌출환자자료，장환자분성량조，대조조진행보수치료，관찰조진행미창수술치료，비교량조환자적림상료효。결과관찰조환자총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대요간반돌출환자채용미창수술치료，가취득명현료효。
Objective To investigate using minimaly invasive operation in treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients clinical effect.Methods Colected in our hospital 72 cases of lumbar disc herniation in patients with data,it wil be divided into two groups,the control group of conservative treatment,the observation group of minimaly invasive surgical treatment,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On lumbar disc herniation treated with minimaly invasive operation treatment,can be achieved significant results.
