目的：探讨小儿麻疹的临床治疗效果。方法收集我院2013年5月至2014年5月接收的57例小儿麻疹患者作为研究对象，均隔离5～10 d，均给予抗生素、抗病毒、消炎等支持治疗，对症施治。结果57例患儿中有29例伴随并发症，28例无并发症。实验室检查结果呈现多样性，治疗后，所有检测指标均趋于正常值。49例治愈出院，7例症状明显好转，1例病死。结论通过对小儿麻疹患儿进行系统性的检查和治疗，可提高临床治疗效果，降低并发症的发生率。
목적：탐토소인마진적림상치료효과。방법수집아원2013년5월지2014년5월접수적57례소인마진환자작위연구대상，균격리5～10 d，균급여항생소、항병독、소염등지지치료，대증시치。결과57례환인중유29례반수병발증，28례무병발증。실험실검사결과정현다양성，치료후，소유검측지표균추우정상치。49례치유출원，7례증상명현호전，1례병사。결론통과대소인마진환인진행계통성적검사화치료，가제고림상치료효과，강저병발증적발생솔。
Objective To observe the clinical efect of the treatment of children with measles.Methods Colected in our hospital from 2013 May to 2014 May,57 cases of measles in children receiving patients as the research object,were quarantined for 5~10 d,were treated with antibiotic,antiviral,anti-inflammatory and other supportive treatment, symptomatic treatment.Results Of the 57 patients there were 29 cases with complications,28 cases without com- plications.Laboratory results showed diversity,after treatment,al indexes tended to normal value.49 cases were cured,7 patients symptoms improved obviously,1 cases of death.Conclusion The examination and treatment of children with measles patients system,can improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce the incidence of complications.
