目的:寻找一种只需高效液相色谱仪配备两个泵即可测定复方硫酸新霉素滴眼液中地塞米松磷酸钠含量的流动相。方法:用高效液相色谱仪检测标准品-地塞米松磷酸钠,根据保留时间,峰形等,选择最佳流动相,并验证此方法测定地塞米松磷酸钠含量在0.2-4.0μg的可行性。结果:流动相A:峰宽0.8413,保留时间40.84min;流动相B:峰宽0.2102,保留时间2.69min出现肩峰;流动相C:峰宽0.2932,保留时间11.50min。结论:流动相C可以用于医院对复方硫酸新霉素滴眼液中地塞米松磷酸钠含量。
目的:尋找一種隻需高效液相色譜儀配備兩箇泵即可測定複方硫痠新黴素滴眼液中地塞米鬆燐痠鈉含量的流動相。方法:用高效液相色譜儀檢測標準品-地塞米鬆燐痠鈉,根據保留時間,峰形等,選擇最佳流動相,併驗證此方法測定地塞米鬆燐痠鈉含量在0.2-4.0μg的可行性。結果:流動相A:峰寬0.8413,保留時間40.84min;流動相B:峰寬0.2102,保留時間2.69min齣現肩峰;流動相C:峰寬0.2932,保留時間11.50min。結論:流動相C可以用于醫院對複方硫痠新黴素滴眼液中地塞米鬆燐痠鈉含量。
목적:심조일충지수고효액상색보의배비량개빙즉가측정복방류산신매소적안액중지새미송린산납함량적류동상。방법:용고효액상색보의검측표준품-지새미송린산납,근거보류시간,봉형등,선택최가류동상,병험증차방법측정지새미송린산납함량재0.2-4.0μg적가행성。결과:류동상A:봉관0.8413,보류시간40.84min;류동상B:봉관0.2102,보류시간2.69min출현견봉;류동상C:봉관0.2932,보류시간11.50min。결론:류동상C가이용우의원대복방류산신매소적안액중지새미송린산납함량。
Objective To look for a mobile phase suitable for two-pump-HPLC to determine the dexamethasone content in neomycin sulfate eye drops. Method the mobile phase A: 0.8413 peak width, retention time, 40.84min, mobile phase B where acromion, peak width 0.2102, retention time, 2.69min, mobile phase C: retention time 11.50min, the peak width 0.2932. Results Methodological research with mobile phase C determination quality of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in the 0.2-4.0 μg feasibility. Precision test,Stability test,Repeat test,Recovery test is consistent with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusions mobile phase C was proved to be the best one of three mobile phases. linear relationship between,Precision test, Stability test, Repeat test, Recovery test is consistent with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia; Mobile phase C can be used in hospitals to neomycin sulfate content of dexamethasone in eye drops.
