目的：：分析研究心理护理对老年骨折患者焦虑情绪与术后并发症的影响。方法：随机选取2013年4月-2014年5月于本：就诊的90例老年骨折中患者作为研究对象，并按照护理方式不同将其随机分为对照组以及观察组，每组45例；对照组患者进行常规护理；观察组患者在此基础上进行心理护理；比较两组患者的心理状况以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果：观察组患者焦虑评分以及抑郁评分均明显低于对照组，观察组患者术后并发症的发生几率均明显低于对照组，上述数据的对比结果显示差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对老年骨折患者进行一定程度的心理护理可显著改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，提高患者的生活质量、降低患者术后并发症的发生几率，故具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the study of psychological care for elderly patients with fractures of anxiety and postoperative complications affected.Methods:Randomly selected in April 2013-2014 in our hospital in May of 90 cases of fracture in elderly patients as research subjects,And care in different ways according to their randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group;Routine care of patients in the control group;the observation group were car-ried out on the basis of psychological care; the incidence of psychological status between the two groups of patients and postoperative complications.Results: The scores of anxiety and depression scores of patients were significantly lower than the control group, the probability of occurrence of postoperative complications in pa-tients in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, compared to the results of the above data show a statistically significant difference (P<0. 05).Conclusion:fractures in elderly patients with a certain degree of psychological care can significantly improve the patient's anxiety and depression, improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the chance of postoperative complications occurred, it has clinical application value.
