目的：探讨轻症急性胰腺炎的临床诊治。方法收集2011年6月至2014年8月我院收治的100例轻症急性胰腺炎患者资料，按随机数字表法将患者分为试验组和对照组，各50例。对照组患者给予综合治疗，试验组患者在此基础上应用乌司他丁治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者均治愈出院，且试验组患者的体温恢复正常时间、淀粉酶恢复正常时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论在综合治疗的基础上应用乌司他丁治疗轻症急性胰腺炎，效果较好。

목적：탐토경증급성이선염적림상진치。방법수집2011년6월지2014년8월아원수치적100례경증급성이선염환자자료，안수궤수자표법장환자분위시험조화대조조，각50례。대조조환자급여종합치료，시험조환자재차기출상응용오사타정치료。비교량조환자적치료효과。결과량조환자균치유출원，차시험조환자적체온회복정상시간、정분매회복정상시간、주원시간균명현소우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。결론재종합치료적기출상응용오사타정치료경증급성이선염，효과교호。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of mild acute pancreatitis.Methods Data were colected from June to 2014 with 2011 August in our hospital 100 cases of mild acute pancreatitis,Al the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,,each of 50 cases.Patients in control group were treated with comprehensive treatment,patients in experimental group on the basis of application of ulinastatin treatment. Compare two groups of curative effect.Results Two patients were cured,and the patients in experimental group the body temperature returned to normal time,amylase returned to normal time,hospitalization time were sign- ificantly less than that in the control group,the diference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of ulinastatin in the treatment of mild acute pancreatitis on the basis of comprehensive therapy,the effect is better.
