目的：观察探讨涌泉穴联合肺腧穴敷贴治疗小儿咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：选取400例小儿咳嗽患儿作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各200例。两组均给予常规治疗方案包括病因治疗、对症支持治疗、中医辨证施治等。在此基础上，对照组配合使用远红外止咳贴敷贴肺腧穴治疗；观察组配合使用远红外止咳贴敷贴肺腧穴联合涌泉穴治疗。治疗3d后，对比两组临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0．05）。结论：在常规治疗基础上，应用涌泉穴联合肺腧穴敷贴较单用肺腧穴敷贴治疗小儿咳嗽临床疗效更为显著。
목적：관찰탐토용천혈연합폐수혈부첩치료소인해수적림상료효。방법：선취400례소인해수환인작위연구대상，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조각200례。량조균급여상규치료방안포괄병인치료、대증지지치료、중의변증시치등。재차기출상，대조조배합사용원홍외지해첩부첩폐수혈치료；관찰조배합사용원홍외지해첩부첩폐수혈연합용천혈치료。치료3d후，대비량조림상료효。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔명현우우대조조，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0．05）。결론：재상규치료기출상，응용용천혈연합폐수혈부첩교단용폐수혈부첩치료소인해수림상료효경위현저。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on the treatment of infantile cough with application at Yongquan acupuncture point and Feishu acupuncture point.Methods Select 400 cases of infantile cough as researches,divided randomly into two groups:control group (n=200)and treatment group (n=200).In control group,general treatments were applied,including supportive and symptomatic therapy,the pathogeny -oriented therapy,therapy based on syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)and so on.In control group,application at Feishu acupuncture point with Hong Wai Zhi Ke plaster was given on the basis of general treatments.In treatment group,application at Yongquan acupuncture point and Feishu acupuncture point with Hong Wai Zhi Ke plaster was given on the basis of general treatments.The therapeutic effect was estimated after 3 days.Results The treatment group was much better tah the cure group.The difference between the two groups was very significant in comparison (P<0. 05 ).Conclu-sion Treatment of infantile cough with application at Yongquan acupuncture point and Feishu acupuncture point is more significantly ef-fective than which only with application Feishu acupuncture point.
