目的：观察低温等离子鼻内镜腺样体消融术治疗儿童鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析80例儿童鼻窦炎患儿的临床资料，根据治疗方法不同，将患者分为两组。对照组40例鼻窦炎患儿经药物保守治疗；观察组40例鼻窦炎患儿经低温等离子鼻内镜腺样体消融术治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为90．0％，明显高于对照组77．5％，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：低温等离子鼻内镜腺样体消融术治疗儿童鼻窦炎的临床疗效确切，值得推广应用。
목적：관찰저온등리자비내경선양체소융술치료인동비두염적림상료효。방법：회고성분석80례인동비두염환인적림상자료，근거치료방법불동，장환자분위량조。대조조40례비두염환인경약물보수치료；관찰조40례비두염환인경저온등리자비내경선양체소융술치료，비교량조환자적림상료효。결과：관찰조총유효솔위90．0％，명현고우대조조77．5％，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：저온등리자비내경선양체소융술치료인동비두염적림상료효학절，치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low temperature plasma endoscopic adenoid ablation in the treatment of sinusitis in children.Methods retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 80 cases of children with chronic sinusitis in children,ac-cording to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into 2 groups,compare the differences in efficacy of 2 groups of patients.Results in the control group,40 cases of sinusitis in children by drug conservative treatment,the total effective rate was 77. 5%;the observation group of 40 cases of sinusitis in children by low temperature plasma endoscopic adenoid ablation treatment, the total effective rate was 90%,significantly higher than the control group,by comparison (P<0. 05 ),with significant difference. Conclusion the clinical curative effect of low temperature plasma endoscopic adenoid ablation in the treatment of sinusitis in children is exact,it is worthy of popularization and application.
