目的：探讨个性化护理对老年冠心病患者生活质量及抑郁状态的影响。方法将426例老年冠心病患者按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上给予个性化护理干预措施，观察两组患者的生活质量及抑郁状态改善情况。结果观察组患者护理后生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者护理后抑郁状态评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论个性化护理干预可改善老年冠心病患者的抑郁状态，提高生活质量。
목적：탐토개성화호리대노년관심병환자생활질량급억욱상태적영향。방법장426례노년관심병환자안수궤수자표법분위관찰조여대조조，대조조환자급여상규호리，관찰조환자재차기출상급여개성화호리간예조시，관찰량조환자적생활질량급억욱상태개선정황。결과관찰조환자호리후생활질량평분명현고우대조조（P＜0.05）；관찰조환자호리후억욱상태평분명현저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론개성화호리간예가개선노년관심병환자적억욱상태，제고생활질량。
Objective To discuss the impact of customized care on life quality and depression of old coronary disease patients.Methods 426 old coronary disease patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given the traditional care.The observation group was provided with the traditional care and the customized treatment.Changes of the life quality and depression among both groups were observed.Results The life quality score of the observation group after receiving the care was substantialy higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The depression score of the observation group after receiving the care was considerably lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Customized care can improve the depre- ssion and the life quality of the old coronary disease patients.
