目的：：探讨肺功能正常人群吸烟状况和气道炎症因子的表达谱。方法：依据肺功能采用主成分分析和聚类分析方法将健康人群分类，从吸烟状况、诱导痰细胞因子表达谱的角度探讨各组间临床特征。结果：肺功能正常人群可以分为总体肺功能下降组、大气道功能下降组、小气道功能下降组和肺功能良好组。4组人群吸烟状况、诱导痰TGF-β1表达水平存在差异( P<0.05)。结论：依据4种分型的各自特点，可为COPD的早期诊断和干预治疗提供新的思路。

목적：：탐토폐공능정상인군흡연상황화기도염증인자적표체보。방법：의거폐공능채용주성분분석화취류분석방법장건강인군분류，종흡연상황、유도담세포인자표체보적각도탐토각조간림상특정。결과：폐공능정상인군가이분위총체폐공능하강조、대기도공능하강조、소기도공능하강조화폐공능량호조。4조인군흡연상황、유도담TGF-β1표체수평존재차이( P<0.05)。결론：의거4충분형적각자특점，가위COPD적조기진단화간예치료제공신적사로。
Objective:To investigate the smoking status and expression profile of airway inflammatory factors in individuals with normal lung function. Methods:On the basis of lung function, healthy individuals were differentiated by using principal component analysis and clustering analysis. And the clinical characteristics between the groups in the aspects of smoking status and induced sputum cytokine expression profile were studied. Result:Subjects with normal lung function could be divided into total lung function decline group,large airway function decline group,small airway function decline group,and good lung function group. There were differences among the four groups in smoking status and expression level of induced sputum TGF-β1. Conclusions: The characteristics of the four groups can provide new ideas for early diagnosis and intervention of COPD.
