通过文献复习和比较研究法，比较目前中外护理人才培养在理念、教育方案（培养目标、课程体系、教学方法、评估体系）上的异同，为学习和借鉴国外优秀的教育模式、改革我国护理教育模式，创建具有中国特色的“以健康为中心”的护理教育模式做理论铺垫。

To compare the similarities and differences of current nursing education at home and abroad including the concept of education and the plan of training (training target, course system, teaching methods and assessment system) through literature review and method of comparative study. To learn from abroad and try to reform and create “a health-center ” nursing education model with Chinese characteristics by comparing teaching experience of home and abroad.
