目的：探讨合理用药质询在临床药事管理工作中的应用价值。方法收集实施前2012年1－12月和实施后2013年1月—12月患者资料各150例和用药处方各150份，比较实施前后1年Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物不合理应用率和中药注射剂不合理应用率。结果临床合理用药质询工作实施后，Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物不合理应用率、中药注射剂不合理应用率均明显低于实施前，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论合理用药质询用于临床药事管理工作可有效降低不合理用药风险，提高药学服务质量。
목적：탐토합리용약질순재림상약사관리공작중적응용개치。방법수집실시전2012년1－12월화실시후2013년1월—12월환자자료각150례화용약처방각150빈，비교실시전후1년Ⅰ류절구항균약물불합리응용솔화중약주사제불합리응용솔。결과림상합리용약질순공작실시후，Ⅰ류절구항균약물불합리응용솔、중약주사제불합리응용솔균명현저우실시전，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。결론합리용약질순용우림상약사관리공작가유효강저불합리용약풍험，제고약학복무질량。
Objective To explore the rational use of drugs in clinical pharmacy inquiry application effect in the management of.Methods Colected 2012 January to December before the implementation and post implementation in 2013 January to December data of 150 cases of patients with al and prescriptions of 150 copies each,compared before and after implementation of 1 years of type I incision of unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs of traditional Chinese medicine injection rate and rational application rate.Results The clinical reasonable medication inquiry after the implementation of type I incision,unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs of traditional Chinese medicine injection rate,the rational application rate was significantly lower than that before the implementation,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rational use of drugs for clinical question of pharmacy management can effectively reduce the unreasonable use of risk,improving the quality of pharmaceutical service.
