目的:探讨DJL1200双波长光纤半导体激光治疗支气管肺炎效果,为临床治疗提供指导依据。方法:选取梧州市妇幼保健院儿科2011年1月-2012年12月住院的100例支气管肺炎患儿为治疗组,并以同期支气管肺炎患儿50例作为对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用双波长光纤半导体激光治疗。比较两组患儿的疗效。结果:治疗组患儿住院过程中咳嗽、气喘、肺部罗音消失时间及住院天数均少于对照组,显效率、总有效率高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.001)。结论:激光治疗可有效促进肺部炎症吸收,缩短住院天数,可作为支气管肺炎良好的辅助治疗方法。值得临床推广。

목적:탐토DJL1200쌍파장광섬반도체격광치료지기관폐염효과,위림상치료제공지도의거。방법:선취오주시부유보건원인과2011년1월-2012년12월주원적100례지기관폐염환인위치료조,병이동기지기관폐염환인50례작위대조조。대조조급여상규치료,치료조재대조조적기출상가용쌍파장광섬반도체격광치료。비교량조환인적료효。결과:치료조환인주원과정중해수、기천、폐부라음소실시간급주원천수균소우대조조,현효솔、총유효솔고우대조조,차이유현저의의(P<0.001)。결론:격광치료가유효촉진폐부염증흡수,축단주원천수,가작위지기관폐염량호적보조치료방법。치득림상추엄。
objective:to study the effect of the DJL1200 dual wavelength fiber semiconductor laser treatment of bronchopneumo-nia, to provide guidance for clinical treatment.Methods:to choose the case of pediatric of Woman and Children Hosipital of Wu zhou City in January 2011- December 2012. 100 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia in hospital for treatment group, and 50 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia in hospital for control group in the same period . Control group to be given conventional treatment;treatment group to be given double wavelength optical semiconductor laser treatment on the basis of the control group.Compare the curative effect of two groups of children.Results: cough, asthma, lung rale disappearing time and hospitalization days of the treatment group were less than the control group, The efficiency and total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group, the differences were significant (P<0.001).Conclusion:laser treatment can effectively promote pulmonary inflammation to be absorbed, laser treatment can shorten the hospitalization days, can be used as the well auxiliary treatment of bronchial pneumonia. Laser therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.
