目的::探讨COX-2及c-met蛋白在疣状胃炎与胃癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:收集2011年3月至2013年12月在南方医科大学附属小榄医院经内镜与病理学检查诊断为疣状胃炎(80例)、慢性浅表性胃炎(50例)、胃癌(50例)的患者作为研究对象。采用免疫组织化学SP 法检测胃黏膜COX-2和c-met蛋白表达水平。结果:COX-2阳性着色分布于细胞质内或核膜上,呈棕黄(褐)色染色;c-met蛋白阳性着色分布于细胞膜,呈棕黄色。疣状胃炎组COX-2及c-met蛋白表达水平明显高于慢性浅表性胃炎组( P<0.05),而与胃癌组比较,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论:COX-2及c-met可能参与疣状胃炎的癌变过程,应积极治疗、密切随访。

목적::탐토COX-2급c-met단백재우상위염여위암중적표체정황급기림상의의。방법:수집2011년3월지2013년12월재남방의과대학부속소람의원경내경여병이학검사진단위우상위염(80례)、만성천표성위염(50례)、위암(50례)적환자작위연구대상。채용면역조직화학SP 법검측위점막COX-2화c-met단백표체수평。결과:COX-2양성착색분포우세포질내혹핵막상,정종황(갈)색염색;c-met단백양성착색분포우세포막,정종황색。우상위염조COX-2급c-met단백표체수평명현고우만성천표성위염조( P<0.05),이여위암조비교,차이무통계학의의( P>0.05)。결론:COX-2급c-met가능삼여우상위염적암변과정,응적겁치료、밀절수방。
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of COX-2 and c-met proteins in varioliform gastritis and gastric cancer.Methods:Patients diagnosed with varioliform gastritis (n=80),chronic superficial gastritis ( n=50) and gastric cancer ( n=50) by endoscopy and pathological study in Xiaolan Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University between March 2011 and December 2013 were included as the subjects in the study. The expressions of COX-2 and c-met proteins in gastric mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry streptavidin-perosidase ( SP ) method. Results:The positive staining of COX-2 distributed in cytoplasm or nuclear membrane,presenting dark brown in color; the positive staining of c-met distributed in nuclear membrane,presenting brownish yellow in color.The expression levels of COX-2 and c-met proteins in the varioliform gastritis group was significantly higher than that in the chronic superficial gastritis group (P<0.05), while no statistical difference was found between the varioliform gastritis group and the gastric cancer group ( P>0.05).Conclusion:COX-2 and c-met proteins may be involved in the cancerization of varioliform gastritis,which should be treated aggressively with frequent follow up.
