针对电加热炉在工业控制过程中存在大惯性和滞后时间长的缺点,以小功率加热炉为被控对象,利用西门子S7-1500 PLC和HMI(人机界面)设计了小功率加热炉温度控制系统。控制系统采用PID闭环控制,实现了对小功率加热炉温度的实时采集、显示和控制。实验结果表明,基于S7-1500 PLC的温度控制系统具有操作简单、运行可靠、控制精度高等优点,可用于工业控制,对教学、科研等也有实际意义。
針對電加熱爐在工業控製過程中存在大慣性和滯後時間長的缺點,以小功率加熱爐為被控對象,利用西門子S7-1500 PLC和HMI(人機界麵)設計瞭小功率加熱爐溫度控製繫統。控製繫統採用PID閉環控製,實現瞭對小功率加熱爐溫度的實時採集、顯示和控製。實驗結果錶明,基于S7-1500 PLC的溫度控製繫統具有操作簡單、運行可靠、控製精度高等優點,可用于工業控製,對教學、科研等也有實際意義。
침대전가열로재공업공제과정중존재대관성화체후시간장적결점,이소공솔가열로위피공대상,이용서문자S7-1500 PLC화HMI(인궤계면)설계료소공솔가열로온도공제계통。공제계통채용PID폐배공제,실현료대소공솔가열로온도적실시채집、현시화공제。실험결과표명,기우S7-1500 PLC적온도공제계통구유조작간단、운행가고、공제정도고등우점,가용우공업공제,대교학、과연등야유실제의의。
The eIectric furnace has big inertia and Iong time Iag in the industriaI process.In order to soIve its disadvantages,a Iow-power eIectric furnace temperature controI system is designed based on the SIEMENS S7-1500 PLC and HMI ﹙Human Machine Interface﹚.The controI system adopts cIosed-Ioop PID controI method.It has reaIized the reaI-time acquisition,dis-pIay and controI of the Iow-power eIectric furnace's temperature.ExperimentaI resuIts show that the temperature controI sys-tem based on the S7-1500 PLC has the advantages of simpIe operation,strong stabiIity and high precision.It aIso has prac-ticaI significance for teaching and research.
