[目的]了解云南省各州市预期寿命的变化趋势及其与婴儿死亡率的关系。[方法]以生命表为基础，根据2000年（五普）和2010年（大普）调查数据计算各州市的预期寿命，并分别计算男女、城市、镇和乡村的预期寿命、死亡率等。[结果]云南省预期寿命2000年为67.0岁，2010年为73.6岁，10年间增长6.65岁；出生时预期寿命2000年和2010年均为城市＞镇＞乡村，年平均增加乡村＞镇＞城市。全省婴儿死亡率（IMR）2000年为62.68‰，2010年15.24‰，10年间下降了75.69%；IMR2000年和2010年均为乡村＞镇＞城市，年下降乡村＞镇＞城市。预期寿命均为女性高于男性。[结论]婴儿死亡率每降低9个千分点或10个千分点，平均寿命可提高1岁。
[목적]료해운남성각주시예기수명적변화추세급기여영인사망솔적관계。[방법]이생명표위기출，근거2000년（오보）화2010년（대보）조사수거계산각주시적예기수명，병분별계산남녀、성시、진화향촌적예기수명、사망솔등。[결과]운남성예기수명2000년위67.0세，2010년위73.6세，10년간증장6.65세；출생시예기수명2000년화2010년균위성시＞진＞향촌，년평균증가향촌＞진＞성시。전성영인사망솔（IMR）2000년위62.68‰，2010년15.24‰，10년간하강료75.69%；IMR2000년화2010년균위향촌＞진＞성시，년하강향촌＞진＞성시。예기수명균위녀성고우남성。[결론]영인사망솔매강저9개천분점혹10개천분점，평균수명가제고1세。
Objective To know the relationship between life expectancy variation trend and infant mortality rate in Yunnan province. Methods On the base of life table, calculate life expectancy and infant mortality rate of males, females, cities, towns and villages according to five-year census in 2000 and great census in 2010.Results Life expectancy in 2000 was 67 years old, 2010 was 73.6, it increased 6.65 years old in ten years. Life expectancy in 2000 and 2010 was longer in cities than in towns and villages. Annual mean growth was more in villages than towns and cities. Infant mortality rate(IMR) was 62.68/1000 in 2000, 2010 was 15.24/1000, It declined 75.69% in ten years. IMR was higher in cities than in towns and villages. Annual mean declining was higher in villages than towns and cities. Life expectancy of female was higher than male.Conclusions Average lifetime may increase one year old when IMR decline 9/1000 or 10/1000.
