[目的]探讨云南省傣族地区高血压患者病程增加与并发症之间的关联性。[方法]对云南省景洪市和勐腊县抽样家庭中的35～70岁居民进行问卷调查。按照病程对高血压并发症进行多元对应分析。[结果]病程短者，各种并发症少；高血压病程在5-9年者，出现代谢异常机率较高；患高血压10年以上患者，出现患糖尿病、脑卒中及其它心血管疾病的可能性也相应增加。[结论]随着高血压病程的延长，出现与高血压相关的并发症（代谢综合征、脑卒中及其它心血管疾病等）的可能性也相应的增高，并且发生高血压严重并发症（脑卒中及其它心血管疾病）的危险水平及严重程度也相应的增加。
[목적]탐토운남성태족지구고혈압환자병정증가여병발증지간적관련성。[방법]대운남성경홍시화맹석현추양가정중적35～70세거민진행문권조사。안조병정대고혈압병발증진행다원대응분석。[결과]병정단자，각충병발증소；고혈압병정재5-9년자，출현대사이상궤솔교고；환고혈압10년이상환자，출현환당뇨병、뇌졸중급기타심혈관질병적가능성야상응증가。[결론]수착고혈압병정적연장，출현여고혈압상관적병발증（대사종합정、뇌졸중급기타심혈관질병등）적가능성야상응적증고，병차발생고혈압엄중병발증（뇌졸중급기타심혈관질병）적위험수평급엄중정도야상응적증가。
Objectives To explore the correlation between gradual increase of duration of hypertension and its complications. Methods Investigated the randomly sampled families and aged from 35 to 70 residents by questionnaire survey in Jinghong and Mengla. Multiple analyzed the relationship between the durations and complications of hypertension.Results The hypertension patients with a short course had less complications. The hypertension patients with 5 to 9 years had higher probability of metabolic disorder. The hypertension patients more than 10 years had been linked to increased incidence of diabetes, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases.Conclusions With the prolonging of hypertension duration, the probabilities of occurrence hypertension complications were becoming increasingly high, especially danger level and severity of hypertension serious complications ( stroke and other cardiovascular disease) were increasing as well.
